A Letter From Our Founder
Greetings,
As 2022 comes to a close we wanted to take a moment to reflect on all that was and all the things we are looking ahead to in 2023.
2022 started with most Americans vaccinated against COVID-19. It was a welcome fresh start with lots of hope. But the impact of COVID-19 on business was still lingering as we helped clients and partners adjust and finalize their plans for the year.
Throughout the year we saw more and more of our clients and partners start back to the office and resume in-person events and programs. This summer was the first time since March 2020 that we were able to run a live workshop with clients again and it was awesome!
The second half of 2022 felt the most “normal” as in-person client appointments, team sessions, workshops, and launch meetings resumed. While hybrid and remote still very much exist in our lives, and likely won’t ever completely go away, the return to in-person truly began this year.
At SAKS Health we were optimistic as we continued to invest back into our company and our people. We were thankful for not having lost any team members during what was certainly a challenging time for our industry.
As the year progressed, optimism turned to confident joy as we learned that Inc. had selected us for their annual list, putting us in the top 7% of the 5000 fastest growing private companies in the United States. By Fall our team was happy to welcome new members and we are excited for what 2023 has in store for our growing team. Be on the lookout for our 2023 Fellowship Cohort.
As we reflect on the year and enjoy the winter holiday season we wish you all happy holidays and a healthy new year! We are grateful for all that 2022 brought to our rapidly growing company.
As we look ahead to 2023, we are super excited for the ride we know it will be. From tackling more remote, hybrid, and in-person work to navigating an ever changing healthcare landscape, we can not wait. We look forward to continuing to enable Better Healthcare Tomorrow™ for all.
